#12 - The Aardwolf is a member of the hyena family. The strange thing is that this hyena makes a living by eating termites. Aardwolves may eat up to 200,000 termites a night, lapping them up as they emerge from their mounds. I have never seen one alive. This individual was killed on a road in the Kalahari.
