Welcome to my RV Renovation Series! On my previous step I repaired the front RV clearance lights. Now I’m going to cut a new hole for a ceiling vent fan. The only RV roof vent fan that my camper has in the bathroom at the back. I’ve had other campers with a vent fan over the cabover bed and I liked it, so I’ve decided to install a second vent fan at the front. I decided to cut the hole for it before installing the rubber roof. Then I have to get power supply to it by piggy-backing off a nearby light receptacle. Here we go!
WARNING: This is really just a rough draft of the post, a collection of photos (possibly with captions). I’ll be on the road for a few months and won’t have time to complete these posts until after, but for those of you who’ve written and want to see the rest of the project, hopefully this is better than nothing. Thanks for your patience until then!
For my next step I’m going to order all the supplies for my RV rubber roof replacement.
